About Us

Copperline Training is an accredited Training Provider (Services SETA) and has been awarded the Services SETA “Three Star” Grading for Customer Service for three consecutive years.

Our training programmes are NQF aligned, accredited and customised to suit our clients’ needs. Our team of highly skilled facilitators are hand-picked for their experience in corporate communication skills training. We ensure that the most suitable facilitator is matched with clients who will benefit from the right personality in the training room. Our clients receive our facilitators’ personal attention throughout the training process: We conduct a training needs analysis and engage with all relevant employees to customise the material and ensure the training meets the organisation’s and the individuals’ objectives. One-on-one coaching is given to all participants during our training courses. Our facilitators deliver focussed feedback reports on the intervention and individuals’ development. Follow-up programmes, post-training support and coaching are also offered.

Our corporate training programmes are held at any location in South Africa, at our clients’ premises or in pre-arranged venues.

Copperline functions with a group of core consultants and alliance partners who are mostly from designated groups. Our focus is on the development of skills in the emerging black economic population, and as a result we partner with other empowerment businesses and assocates to reach this objective.
