Management Development Programme (Long-Term)

This Management Development Programme is SETA Accredited and awards learners 12 Credits at NQF Level 4
Many companies are realising the benefit of training learners over a long-term period (between 6 and 12 months). Learners who attend this leadership programme will attend 1 or 2-day modules on a regular basis, over a period of time that suits your company. In between the modules, learners will complete assignments and workplace exercises related to the material they have learned. Formal and informal assessments can be conducted by our facilitators to test learners’ application of these skills and provide individual feedback and support.
