Management Development Programme (Long-Term)
Many companies are realising the benefit of training learners over a long-term period (between 6 and 12 months). Learners who attend this leadership programme will attend 1 or 2-day modules on a regular basis, over a period of time that suits your company. In between the modules, learners will complete assignments and workplace exercises related to the material they have learned.
